You choose from an extensive and carefully selected special program. The prices stated in € (Euros) include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are subject to price changes or error.

Shipping Costs

Occuring costs for postage and packing vary from delivery to delivery and therefore are not directly invoiced by us. Instead we charge a shipping rate depending on the country and order value. You can find a complete list including shipping charges to all countries here.

Payment and Conditional Sale

In Germany we ship against Cash on Delivery (with an additional charge of € 6.00) or direct debit charge(direct debiting from your bank account after delivery is dispatched from our house). If a direct debit is claimed back (f.ex. wrong account number or account not covered) we charge a contributional fee of € 5.00! Until payment in full, we retain title to the goods.

Sale or Return

We accept return of goods ordered within 14 days without statement of any reasons (however we are looking forward to receive a short statement as this is the only way to improve our offer and our service). Period starts upon receipt of delivery. Up to a value of € 40.00, the customer has to pay postage for the return shipment. From a value of more than € 40.00, we will refund the costs for the return shipment. Please note that a return of goods does not entitle you to cancel a direct debit (when doing so we would have to charge a contributional fee of € 5.00). Instead, the amount will be transferred back by us on your account after receipt of the return shipment. Excluded from your right to return goods are (picture-) sound storage mediums which have already been played!

Complaints

You have to inform us about complaints within 30 days after receipt of goods. In case of justified complaints (defects in material, wrong articles delivered etc.) we will of course take over the costs for return shipment if goods were returned via cheapest way possible. By no means, please do not send articles back "postage unpaid" (in this case the Mail Service makes an unnecessary fortune)! If value of goods is € 50.00 or higher, please return as insured parcel. Credit notes are entered on customer's account. If you inform us accordingly, we will transfer this amount back on your bank account of course.

Data privacy is our highest commandment! All data related to you which we have stored, will be treated strictly confidential and are not passed on to other companies or institutions whatsoever as our principle.
