In deluxe Digipak with selected glossy spot varnishing and a vertical 8-pages foldout booklet inside! All letterings by Ars Magna 1118 (Omne Datum Optimum!).More than twelve years after 'Chuchotements...' (we should say at last... but you don't get the masterpiece everyday, do you ?), a few words are necessary to introduce the last opus by 'Les Secrets de Morphée'. So here is 'Chimères'. This has been a very long and hard work which has taken several years to put everything right in place, and you will agree with me, that the result is a great achievement for this Neo-classical/Ethereal act!
15 all new tracks, sometimes ...
15 all new tracks, sometimes in French, sometimes in English, even in Latin or Elfic language impressively show a large variety of musical scores. It took years, but with this album Les Secrets De Morphee are back stronger than ever!'Les Secrets de Morphée' are a French ethereal-medieval project that evolved out of the group XVII* Vie in 1998. Composed of Karin Mérat and Amélie Duranteau (both also in the project Am'Ganesha'n), they were accompanied on violin by Frank Dematteis on their highly successful debut-album 'Chuchotements' (Prikosnovenie 1999), an album that was followed by a limited EP and a live-album in 2001. Since then, nothing has been released by this outstanding project. Karin Mérat is now alone in the band, helped sometimes with guests on male vocals.
