Das 2,5-stündige Headliner-Set vom Bestival Open-Air auf der Isle Of Wight vor der Südküste Großbritanniens war der einzige Festivalauftritt von The Cure in 2011 und damit das absolute Highlight des diesjährigen Festivals. Mehrere Überraschungen hatten Robert Smith & Co. im Gepäck: der langjährige Keyboarder Roger O'Donnell ist zurück im Band Line-up, und neben allen bekannten Hits und Klassikern wie "The Lovecats", "Close To Me", "Friday I'm In Love", "Lullaby" und "Boys Don't Cry" spielten sie den Song "The Caterpillar" seit 20 Jahren erstmals wieder live.
