DAS WERK is a project von CENTHRON’s mastermind Elmar Schmidt.Back in 1999 the first small electronic steps were made before CENTHRON saw the light of the day.A few songs from back then can be found on the releases from CENTHRON, for example "Tanz im Sternenfeuer" and "Graue Front".
An album from ”DAS WERK” was never before released, all songs for the first physical release AESHMA are re-arranged, re-recorded and re-mastered.In contrast to CENTHRON, Elmar is trying to create a new sound with ”DAS WERK” that seduces you into a dark and gloomy world full of mysterious dreams and fantasies.
After the re-releases "Lichtsucher" and "Gottwerk" from CENTHRON, AESHMA is a sought-after and missing component of the musical creations from the versatile and exceptional artist Elmar Schmidt.
AESHMA includes remixes from scene giants like [:SITD:] and Krischan Wesenberg (Rotersand).
